Family Nurse Practitioner

Position Overview

We are hiring an Outpatient Primary Care NP/PA for a full‑time permanent opportunity with a well established non‑profit hospital system in upstate New York.

Setting

Outpatient Hospital Practice Office located in a satellite office within a large multispecialty group with academic affiliation and support from AlbanyMed.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care in an outpatient hospital practice office.
• Work in a collegial environment with a full‑time physician, developing an independent practice style.
• Operate as an independent provider with full support.
• Start at a slow pace and gradually increase patient volume to comfort level.

Schedule & Compensation

Hours and schedule are negotiable; schedule to be discussed with varied options.

Salary is negotiable with a guaranteed base and incentive package. Benefits include malpractice coverage, individual and family health insurance, CME/professional dues, paid time off, disability coverage, retirement plans with company match, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications & Experience

Newgraduates are welcome. Candidates must be a qualified NP/PA capable of practicing independently.
