Fast Pace Health is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings. You will lead clinic staff, review medical histories, diagnose, and deliver telehealth and in‑person care with a patient-centric approach.
Minimum requirement is a Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) with an active NP license and DEA. Telehealth experience and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, values-driven environment are expected.
