Pay Range

Provided by MavenHealth Solutions.

Base pay: $150,000.00/yr – $175,000.00/yr. Additional compensation includes annual bonuses and sign‑on bonus.

We’re looking for a passionate Primary Care Provider (NP/PA) to join the leading Functional Medicine organization in Oregon.

You’ll see fewer patients per day (1–2 per hour), focusing on quality and building strong relationships with each patient.

Requirements

• 2+ years of primary care experience (preferred)
• NP or PA
