HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for an established and growing non-profit organization, in a newly renovated family practice clinic, serving patients across the lifespan.

Responsibilities

• Flexible scheduling options, clinic hours 7AM-7PM & Saturdays
• NP works FT 40 hours per week: 3;12s, 4;10s, OR 5;8-hour shifts available
• NP will join as a second Primary Care NP on-site
• NP has support of 1MA per provider
• NP treats 10 patients per day across the lifespan
• NP will receive training from experienced NP and collaborate as needed
• NP must feel comfortable providing patient care without MD on-site
• NP will have access to refer Mental Health to in-house services
• NP has access to on-site lab and pharmacy
• NP will have time to grow patient visits over-time, in a fully established community-based clinic with a stable organization dedicated to retention and patient care

Requirements

• Master’s Degree
• Ability to obtain NM licensure within 3 months
• Bilingual Spanish, preferred, not required
• Desire to work on-site
• Ability to work as team and autonomously

Compensation

• 95.00+ per hour
• 196,000 – 200,000 per years
• Relocation assistance 5K
