Fast Pace Health seeks a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary and urgent care to patients across the lifespan in our rural community clinics. In this role, you will perform assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret diagnostics, and prescribe medications. You will partner closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered, evidence-based care while documenting in our EHR.
