Fast Pace Health seeks a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary and urgent care to patients across the lifespan in our rural, community-focused clinics. In this role, you will provide comprehensive assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate therapies. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care while educating patients on wellness and prevention.
