The Opportunity: A Clean Slate Are you tired of inheriting a messy, overloaded patient panel? At the Center for Human Development (CHD),we’redoing something radical:we’restarting from scratch. We are seeking aFamily Nurse Practitioner for a brand-new role designed intentionally aroundprovider sustainability andclinical quality .

Youwon’tjust be filling a seat;you’llbe helping us design the chair. You will work collaboratively with leadership to shape the structure of this position, ensuring it works for both you and the community.
