Family Health Care & Walk-In Center is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our established and growing practice in Woodstock, Connecticut.
This is a full-time outpatient position providing primary care and same-day care to patients of all ages. We are seeking a confident, compassionate, and dependable FNP who is comfortable practicing independently and managing a broad range of primary and acute care needs.
- Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Active Connecticut APRN license
- DEA registration or eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient FNP experience
- Experience providing care to patients of all ages
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to practice independently
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Primary care and/or same-day/urgent care experience
