Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Outpatient Only | Full-Time
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our outpatient-only, patient-centered medical home team . This is a full-time position with a supportive, team-based care model providing accessible, comprehensive, and coordinated family medicine services in a culturally competent environment.
Position Highlights:
- FNP Only – No new graduates
- Outpatient Only – No inpatient or call
- Full-Time Schedule
- Collaborative team-based primary care setting
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $ 120,000 – $ 150,000 (based on experience)

- Paid Time Off : 25 days PTO + 11 paid holidays annually

- Continuing Education : $1,000 CME stipend + 5 CME days per year
