Family Nurse Practitioner (Float)
Location: Marlboro, NJ
Duration: 05 Months
Pay rate: $68.00–$73.00 on W2
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling, and chronic condition management, as well as routine exams and lifestyle coaching.
- Collaborate with a clinical care team to improve patient outcomes.
- Handle patient appointments and perform routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
- Speak with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, complete diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat patients for injuries or illnesses, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care.
- Float between 15 different locations based on needs.
Requirements:
- Master’s in Nursing (FNP)
- Current national board certification & state license
- Active BLS card
- 1+ year recent primary care experience (preferred)
