Family Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and diagnose both acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop, coordinate, and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to promote continuity of care and patient education.

Requirements

• NY State License.
• Board Certified in FNP.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Current DEA Certificate.
