Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
- Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
- Manage patient care both in‑person and through virtual visits.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
- Eligible for Texas licensure.
- Comfortable providing both in‑person and virtual care.
- Strong commitment to patient‑centered, team‑based care.
