Optimum is proud to partner with a hospital in western Illinois with an opening for a Family Medicine physician to join their team.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-supported outpatient team with a manageable patient volume and a competitive compensation package.

About the Opening:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30a-4:30p or 8a-5p
• Call: 1:7 shared call rotation, about 4-5 days a month
• Setting: Outpatient only
• Patient Census: 16-18 per day
• Option to perform minor in-office procedures
• Support Staff: 2 additional physicians, 4 NPs, care management team, onsite pharmacy
• Must be board-certified
