Compensation

Salary range: $237,182.40 – $269,755.20 per year

Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 for eligible external applicants (terms and conditions apply).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in planning and developing health care services, treatment of conditions and illnesses within scope.
• Diagnose and provide treatment plans for patients.
• Collaborate and supervise advanced provider clinicians.
• Complete and participate in chart review process.
• Referral and follow‑up of patients when needed.
• Collaborate with other members of the Health Center to maintain high quality standards and achieve client satisfaction.
• Clinical supervision: Oversee the clinical work of students or new providers, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Mentorship and guidance to students or new providers.
• Facilitate educational sessions, workshops or seminars to enhance the learning experience.
• Assess performance and provide constructive feedback and documentation.
• Ensure high‑quality patient care while supervising and mentoring.
• Coordinate educational activities with academic institutions and other health professionals.

Requirements

• Doctorate Degree (MD, DO)
• Active, valid license as an MD or DO in New York State, DEA, Board certification.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Experience in HIV care and MAT (Medication‑Assisted Treatment) (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse patient population in a community health setting.
