- Current services on hospital site include Cardiac Rehab, Chemotherapy and Diabetic Services, ER imaging services with ultrasound and 128-slice CT, PAX system, ER telemetry, IV Infusion, Lab, OT, Speech & Language Rehab/Therapy, and a dietitian on staff
- ER is a level 4
- Outreach services provided at the hospital include: Allergy asthma/immunology, cardiology, ENT, general surgery, neurology, oncology, ophthalmology, ortho, podiatry, urology and venous disease laser treatment
- Windom Area Hospital is a community hospital with critical access designation

- Share nursing home responsibility with physicians
Compensation
- Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $265,175 - $343,168 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
- Additional incentives may be offered
- Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements
