Family Medicine Physician

Job Details

Salary: $250,000 - $325,000 per year. 4 weeks gifted PTO, access to healthcare, 401(k), and life insurance.

Full-time permanent position at a dynamic clinic that provides comprehensive, compassionate care to the entire family. Our physicians are trained and board‑certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, enabling us to serve patients of all ages within the same office.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate patient care, focusing on preventive health and wellness.
• Conduct routine check‑ups to assess patients’ health and identify possible issues.
• Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, and nurses to build a high‑performing medical team.
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Explain procedures, test results, or prescribed treatments to patients.
• Monitor patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as required.
• Provide guidance on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Stay updated with advancements in medicine and integrate them into patient treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency.
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing as a Family Medicine Physician.
• Proven experience in diagnostic testing and internal medicine.
• Strong understanding and passion for preventive care and wellness.
• Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to patient safety and privacy.
• Ability to work within a team and coordinate with other healthcare professionals.
• Valid and active medical license in the state of practice.
• Current DEA license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
