Wenatchee Valley Medical Group (WVMG), affiliated with Confluence Health, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join their physician-owned and governed multispecialty group. This role offers a blend of procedural variety and long-term continuity of care within a high-acuity rural clinic in Ephrata, Washington. - When fully staffed, the clinic team includes two physicians and two APPs
- Higher acuity patient population with a strong internal medicine focus
Responsibilities
- Combine procedural variety with long-term continuity of care
- Average 20–25 patients per shift
- Perform general procedures including sutures, mole removals, skin biopsies, toenail removal, and select women’s health services
Compensation
- Competitive first-year salary range with RVU bonus potential
- Salary: $308,281 - $333,277

Shift & Schedule
- Full-time position

Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician
- Eligible for medical licensure in Washington State
- Strong procedural skills and commitment to patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
