Responsibilities

• Chronic disease management
• Family medicine
• Community health, and health maintenance
• Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
• Medication management
• Ordering/interpreting laboratory
• Diagnostic studies, referrals, preventive medicine
• Behavioral health integration
• Patient education, and healthcare maintenance
• Bilingual candidates preferred
• Providers may be assigned to any of three clinic locations within the Richmond, VA area based on operational needs
