- Consists of an additional physician, one NP, and one PA
- Practices the full scope of family practice, excluding OB and hospital work (do not round or admit)
- Digital imaging and lab services available on site
- Carilion Clinic is a community-based, integrated health system with seven hospitals, 220+ physician practice locations, and 25 GME programs
- Sophisticated, fully integrated electronic medical record system (EPIC) and excellent access to sub-specialty consultation
Responsibilities
- Provide full scope of family practice, excluding OB and hospital work
- Participate in phone call coverage for practice patients only, shared equally 1:4 (from home)
Compensation
- Min Starting Salary: $220,000
- Max Starting Salary: $320,000
- Eligible to participate in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary
- Historical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary
- Incentive Pay: productivity-based/RVU Compensation Plan and Bonus Incentive
- Student Loan Forgiveness: available
- Relocation Paid: allowance up to $10,000
