Carilion Family Medicine - Brambleton is seeking an ABMS/AOA-BE/BC family practice physician to join their established outpatient practice in Roanoke, VA. This is an excellent opportunity to provide access to patients in a growing community and work in a modern medical office building. The role offers a collaborative environment with a team of physicians and advanced care practitioners, supported by Carilion Clinic's integrated health system.

Practice Info

• Outpatient only practice
• Work with 5 physicians and 6 dedicated ACPs
• Conveniently located 10 minutes from Roanoke Memorial Hospital, a 703-bed Level I Trauma Center
• Access to a sophisticated, fully integrated electronic medical record system (EPIC)
• Excellent access to sub-specialty consultation

Responsibilities

• Help meet the growing needs of the community
• Provide access to the patients served

Compensation

• Min Starting Salary: $220,000
• Max Starting Salary: $320,000
• Eligible to participate in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary
• Historical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary
• Incentive Pay: Yes, productivity-based/RVU Compensation Plan and Bonus Incentive
• Student Loan Forgiveness: Yes, available
• Relocation Paid: Yes, allowance up to $10,000
