Family Medicine Physician

Carilion Family Medicine - Rocky Mount (Turnpike) is seeking an industrious, ABMS/AOA-BE/BC family medicine physician to join their established practice in Rocky Mount, Virginia. This role offers the opportunity to practice full-scope family medicine, excluding OB, in an outpatient setting. The position is with Carilion Clinic, a community-based, integrated health system, and is located in a rural yet accessible area with nearby metropolitan amenities and natural attractions.

Practice Info

• Practice full scope family medicine excluding OB in an outpatient practice
• Join two physicians along with an ACP
• Inpatient medicine call and coverage is managed by the Hospitalist program at Carilion Franklin Memorial Hospital
• Serving an area of nearly 50,000 people, the practice provides outpatient care to children and adults
• The office utilizes an advanced access appointment system, computerized medical records (EPIC), centralized registration and billing, and offers waived laboratory services
• The practice joined Carilion Health System in 1996

Compensation

• Min Starting Salary: $220,000
• Max Starting Salary: $320,000
• You are eligible to participate in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary
• Historical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary
• Incentive Pay: Yes, productivity-based/RVU Compensation Plan and Bonus Incentive
