Practice Info

• Join a group of 4 Family Practice physicians and 3 APPs
• The practice offers full lab services and central bone density scanning
• Phone call coverage from home for practice patients only
• No hospital call or rounds required
• Nursing home work is optional

Compensation

• Min Starting Salary: $220,000
• Max Starting Salary: $320,000
• Eligible to participate in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary
• Historical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary
• Incentive Pay: Productivity-based/RVU Compensation Plan
• Student Loan Forgiveness: Available
• Relocation Paid: up to $10,000
