Carilion Clinic Family Medicine - Galax is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join their outpatient-only practice in Galax, Virginia. • Outpatient only practice
• Practice consists of 2 physicians and 4 advanced clinical practitioners
• Houses an impressive lab and x-ray equivalent to small hospital lab & x-ray departments, offering comprehensive lab services, digital x-rays, ultrasound studies, and stress testing
• Enhanced by a sophisticated EMR (EPIC), centralized patient registration and billing
• New facility opened in January 2020
• The group was founded in 1973

Compensation

• Min Starting Salary: $220,000
• Max Starting Salary: $320,000
• Eligible to participate in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary
• Historical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary
• Productivity-based/RVU compensation plan and bonus incentive
• Relocation allowance up to $10,000
