Responsibilities
- Practice the full scope of family practice, excluding OB and hospital work
- Participate in phone call coverage for practice patients only, shared equally 1:3 from home
Compensation
- Min Starting Salary: $220,000
- Max Starting Salary: $320,000
- Eligible to participate in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary
- Productivity-based/RVU compensation plan and bonus incentive
- Incentive tied to productivity and quality criteria
