- Practice medicine autonomously with support from a national healthcare organization
Responsibilities
- Specialize in caring for the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of patients and their families
- Care for all ages, from children age 5 to senior adults
- Diagnose and treat the full range of problems patients bring to their doctors
- See patients in an outpatient setting
- Conduct annual physicals and wellness exams
- Provide preventive medicine
- Participate in the Family Medicine Call single call group
- Answer phone calls from patients of physicians in the call group during on-call shifts
Compensation
- Compensation generally ranges from $237,500 - $384,000
- Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus
- Compensation is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role

Shift & Schedule
- Outpatient setting Monday-Friday from 8a - 5p
- On-Call for the group is about once per month, either on the weekday or weekend day
- The weekend day is shared with another physician
Requirements
- Required: Medical Degree (MD, DO)
- Required: Accredited Family Medicine Residency training
- Required: Licensed or willing to be licensed in the State of Texas
- Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible with American Board of Family Medicine
