Family Medicine Physician - Team-Based Preventive Care

Vera Whole Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our Tacoma team, delivering whole-person care in a value-based model. You will see 10 to 15 patients daily, supported by a care team and on-site health coach, focusing on preventive care and chronic disease management.

Collaborate with physicians and staff in a fast-paced setting, participate in meetings and quality improvement, and help drive outcomes for a diverse patient population across the Vera network.
