Compensation
- $268,750 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on productivity and quality incentives

- The range may not necessarily include all additional compensation elements available, including but not limited to call pay, leadership stipends, etc.
Shift & Schedule
- Flexibility in schedule with a 4- or 5-day work week
- Call coverage at Northern Light Mayo Hospital for obstetrics and pediatric (NBN) care, 1:4 days

- J-1 waiver sponsorship is available, with a pathway to permanent residency (Green Card), supported by experienced immigration counsel
