Schedule
Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm with triage call only 45-minute to 1-hour appointments for quality patient time.

Dedicated geriatric patient panel in a team-based environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible candidates welcome.
- Experience with Medicare Advantage and value-based care preferred.
- Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators and Medicare guidelines a plus.
- DEA required; able to start upon credentialing.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
