Family Medicine Physician

SSM Health is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving practice in the prestigious Boulevard area of Richmond Heights, Missouri. This opportunity offers a 100% outpatient practice with a sustainable Monday-Friday schedule and minimal call duties. Practice Info

• Located in the Boulevard development in Richmond Heights, Missouri
• Spacious practice featuring 10 exam rooms, a provider collaboration area, and shared offices
• 100% outpatient practice with no hospital rounding or inpatient responsibilities
• Rapidly expanding practice with immediate new patient availability

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care and relationship-based patient care
• Build patient practice to eventually see 18-20 patients daily
• Manage patient calls when necessary

Compensation

• Two-year guaranteed salary
• $20,000 sign-on bonus

Shift & Schedule

• Full-Time Opportunity: 1.0 FTE position with consistent Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm schedule
• Extremely light call burden with dedicated after-hours RN triage system
• Providers manage their patient calls when necessary with typically phone-based consultations
• Extremely rare after-hours requirements
• No hospital or ER call responsibilities

Requirements

• Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine physician
• Missouri licensure or eligibility
• Passion for outpatient primary care
• Interest in building a long-term practice
