Family Medicine Physician

We are hiring a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting, focusing on patient-centered, evidence-based care in line with FQHC standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions across all ages.
• Deliver preventive services.
• Manage chronic diseases.
• Order diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications.
• Document patient care in EMR.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
• Supervise staff.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Completed residency.
• Board certification or eligibility.
• Active medical license.
• DEA registration.
• BLS (ACLS preferred).
• Outpatient or underserved community experience preferred.

Benefits and Compensation
