- Rutherford East Family Care's office is located in Mooresboro, with the main campus in Rutherfordton (23m away)
- Currently staffed with a physician and two APPs, an MA per provider, a clinical supervisor (shared with Primary Care clinics), and a manager
- Bread and butter primary care practice
- Average 16-20 patients per day per provider
- AthenaOne EMR
- Chest Pain accreditation with ACC, and JC accreditation with Joint Commission
