This 100% outpatient role offers flexible scheduling supporting a 4-day work week, excellent work-life balance, and multiple specialties and sub-specialty support on site. Providers can choose between a full-time clinical schedule or a unique hybrid model combining clinical care with protected time for a community health project. • 100% outpatient primary care practice located in Rice Lake, Wisconsin
• National Health Service Corps (NHSC) approved site
• Multiple specialties and sub-specialty support on site
• Collaborative environment working alongside a mix of experienced providers
• Option for 20% protected time for three years to lead a community health project through an Orion Initiative grant

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical care as part of a 100% outpatient primary care practice
• Lead a community health project serving the local community or its service area under Option B
• Participate in medical education and research initiatives
