Compensation
- Starting salary $300,000 - $335,000 (based on experience)
- $200,000 forgivable loan
- Signing bonuses available
- Residency stipend ($1,000/month for 12 months before start date)
- Relocation allowance
- Guaranteed salary for two years with production bonus
