Sanford Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join their team in Bagley, Minnesota. This traditional practice offers both outpatient and inpatient care, working alongside two physicians and three APPs. The role provides an opportunity to practice in a critical access hospital setting with remote support and a variety of on-site services, serving a charming community with access to numerous natural attractions.

Responsibilities
- Perform history and physical examination
- Admit (if applicable to the setting)
- Evaluate, diagnose, treat and provide consultation to patients of all ages with a wide variety of illness, diseases, injuries, mental health conditions and functional disorders of circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, metabolic, musculoskeletal, hematopoietic, gastroenteric, integumentary, nervous, female reproductive, and genitourinary systems
- Provide pre-operative care of surgical patients
- Provide post-operative medical care of surgical patients
- Address return to work issues
Compensation
- Nationally competitive compensation plan
- Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $265,175 - $343,168 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs

Shift & Schedule
- Call is 1:3 - hospital inpatients (mainly phone calls)
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Experience can be demonstrated by providing residency procedure log and a list of completed rotations (for recent residency graduates)
- Experience can be demonstrated by providing a quality profile from hospital(s) showing clinical activity for the last 12 months (for applicants not directly out of residency)
- Ability to demonstrate active involvement in the clinical aspects of Family Medicine by providing case log that includes 25 vaginal deliveries, 50 adult medical patients, and 10 inpatient care of children under the age of 18 (excluding normal newborn), as applicable to privileges being requested, in the last 12 months
- Successful completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada
- Certification in the primary area of practice by the appropriate specialty/subspecialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), as applicable
- Applicants not board certified at the time of application but who have completed their residency training within the last five years must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of their residency training unless the appropriate governing Board waives such requirement
