SSM Health Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join an established and growing practice in Troy, Missouri. This opportunity allows providers to build a thriving patient panel while enjoying an optional 4-day work week and 100% outpatient care. Providers will work alongside an experienced clinical team in a modern, well-equipped clinic supported by integrated onsite services and EPIC EMR.

Shift & Schedule

- 1:5 call schedule with RN triage support
