The provider will join a multispecialty group practice operating within a 136,000 square-foot facility attached to a 25-bed critical access hospital. This role offers the chance to work within a service region of approximately 15,000 patients with a supportive care team in a community featuring a resort-town feel.

Compensation
- Nationally competitive compensation plan
- Compensation floor of $330,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
- $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years
