Family Medicine Physician - Part-time

Location: Yakima, WA (West Valley Family Health Clinic)

Employment: 0.5 FTE (20 hours per week). Full scope panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. EMR system is EPIC.

Compensation: Base salary $161,000 per year. Guaranteed first-year annual salary, $15,000 hiring bonus, $10,000 relocation allowance. Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed). Visa assistance - J1 Waiver and H1B. 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, comprehensive family medicine care to a diverse patient population within a patient-centered medical home.

Develop and cultivate patient relationships by managing your patient panel.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and utilize certified bilingual medical assistant support for translation and patient care.

Qualifications

• Completed an ACGME/AOA-accredited Family Medicine Residency program.
• Passion for community health and underserved populations.
• Experience in community health or with underserved patient populations (preferred for new graduates).
