Marshfield Medical Center - Park Falls is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join their well-established rural health center in Park Falls, Wisconsin. This traditional practice provides both outpatient and inpatient care alongside a collegial team of physicians and advanced practice clinicians. Providers can choose a full-time clinical role or a split role offering protected time for a community health project.

- National Health Service Corps (NHSC) approved site
- Collegial group of 2 other physicians and 4 APCs
- Well-supportive care team, including RNs who are wound care trained
- Multiple specialty providers frequently rotate onsite
- Clinic, dental center, and critical access hospital (10 beds) are located on the same campus
Responsibilities

- Lead a community health project (optional 20% time engagement)

- Call is a 1:3 rotation for the hospital
