SSM Health is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join an established, high-performing outpatient practice in O'Fallon, Missouri. This full-time opportunity features a convenient Monday through Friday schedule with minimal call and no inpatient responsibilities. Clinicians will practice in a recently renovated, modern clinic supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team and strong specialty referral networks.

- Established, high-performing outpatient practice in O'Fallon, Missouri
- Recently renovated and expanding modern clinic
- Practice includes three experienced Family Medicine physicians and five advanced practice providers (APP)
- Strong referral network with specialty support located within approximately 15 minutes of the clinic
- Adjacent OB/GYN practice with an approved complete renovation
- Access to four dedicated exam rooms, on-site X-ray and EKG services, standard diagnostic testing capabilities, and an on-site pharmacist
- Home to the largest-producing APP team in the St. Louis market
Shift & Schedule
- Full-time, 100% outpatient position
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Minimal call commitment: one weekend every seven weeks, beginning Friday at 4:00 p.m. and ending Monday at 8:00 a.m.
- Light call volume with no expected hospital hours while on call
