Mount Sinai Doctors Five Towns is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to join their multispecialty group practice in Hewlett, Long Island. This role primarily focuses on ambulatory care, serving a diverse patient population within a well-established network. The position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with a skilled team and contribute to comprehensive patient care.

Practice Info

• Multispecialty group practice located in Hewlett on the South Shore of Long Island
• Offers adult primary care and various specialties including endocrinology, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics and adolescent medicine, and pulmonary medicine
• Radiology services are on site
• Team from Mount Sinai's Recanati/Miller Transplantation Institute visits regularly
• Support staff includes NPs, PAs, MAs, and Patient Care Associates
• EMR system: EPIC

Compensation

• Competitive salary offered
• Compensation range from $225,000 to $275,000 (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)

Requirements

• Medical Degree from an Accredited University
• New York Medical License
• BE or BC in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine)
