Part-Time Family Medicine Physician Position in North Kingstown, RI with National Wound Physician Group

Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in facilities across the network (e.g., more than 3,200 facilities across 28 states).
• Receive physician-level wound management training and participate in a wound fellowship for clinical excellence.
• Deliver care with autonomy and apply modern wound management practices at the bedside in the post-acute care setting.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients per day.
• Document at the point of care during rounds using the proprietary wound-specific EMR.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
• W2 employment (no work visa sponsorship available).

Practice Details

• Full-time work: Monday - Friday (7am-4pm) or part-time available.
• No call / No weekend clinical responsibilities.
• Role is mobile: physicians visit facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location.
• Part-time role is a minimum of 3 days per week; full-time is 4–5 days per week.
