Compensation: $280,000 to $310,000 per year
$135 to $150 per hour
plus $8,000 relocation assistance

Offer a personalized approach to healthcare and holistic medical services, treating various conditions. Produce healthcare and health management programs based on individual patients’ historical data.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide Primary Care to patients
- Develop health programs that are patient-specific using historical data.
- Monitor, adapt, and administer individualized healthcare programs
- Use patient health data for medical analysis and offer comprehensive wellness exams.
- Administer vaccinations
- Perform medical operations if necessary
- Educate patients and other significant parties about health management and the prevention of diseases.
- Recommend patients to specialists for specific treatment/procedures.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a Family Medicine practitioner
- Family Medicine internship and residency
- Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine
- Licensed to practice in California
- Active participation in continued medical education and membership to a professional organization is highly preferred
- Able to work in Newman, CA
