Compensation
- $135,000 - $857,000 per year
- 2-year salary guarantee; RVU model

Shift & Schedule
- FTE is flexible 0.8 to 1.0 at the Freeport branch location
- Mon-Fri/8A-5P
- No holidays
- Call: Family Medicine phone call only 2x/month
- Outpatient Clinic: 4-5 day work week working in Monroe, WI, and Freeport, IL
- Call 1:6 - minimal day & weekend (less than 50 annually)
