About this role

As a Family Medicine physician at our Holy Rosary primary clinic, you'll work with a team of providers that puts patients first. Throughout the day you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with excellent support staff, other specialties on site and visiting specialties from our sister care site in Billings. The practice provides full‑spectrum care that prides itself on high‑quality patient outcomes and experiences. • Competitive Compensation: $365,000 plus potential to earn more with a production incentive.
• Quality Bonus: $15,000
• Incentives: $75,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable), and up to $250,000 in student loan repayment bonuses (if applicable). PSLF eligible.
• You would practice at our Holy Rosary Primary Clinic in Miles City, Montana.
• The clinic is open M‑F. Our providers tend to work four 10‑hour days, giving one day off during the week and no weekends (36 clinic hours with 4 hours of admin time).
• Flexible schedule – accommodates less than a 1.0 FTE.
• Outpatient practice with a light pediatric call burden and collaborative partners in town.
• Potential for OB if there is an interest; 24/7 OB/GYN backup is available.

What you’ll bring

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school.
• Residency training in family medicine.
• Board certification or eligibility in family medicine.
• Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
• Passion for family medicine and pediatrics.

Location

Holy Rosary Hospital, Miles City, Montana.

Schedule: 40 weekly hours. Clinic days are Monday‑Friday with four 10‑hour days and one day off during the week. No weekend shifts.

Salary

Base compensation: $365,000 with additional incentives and bonuses as described.
