Family Medicine Physician (MD)

Apply your primary care expertise to improve next-generation AI systems through clinically rigorous review, annotation, and feedback. This remote contract role focuses on bringing real-world family medicine judgment to clinical content across diverse patient populations. No prior AI experience is required.

• Annotate and review clinical content and medical records, including office visit notes, assessments and plans, referrals, laboratory and imaging results, and care-coordination documentation.
• Ensure clinical materials are accurate, clinically sound, and complete.
• Evaluate AI-generated clinical outputs for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness across pediatric through geriatric populations and acute, chronic, and preventive care.
• Use evidence-based guidelines, standards of care, and clinical judgment to validate and enhance datasets.
• Work with project stakeholders through written and verbal communication to clarify requirements and resolve documentation ambiguities.
• Provide detailed feedback on guidelines and edge cases to improve workflows and model understanding.

• Active MD degree, with board certification in Family Medicine preferred.
• Based in the United States and licensed to practice medicine in the United States.
• Hands-on experience in primary care or family medicine settings, such as clinics, community practices, or health systems.
• Broad experience with common acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and multiple patient age groups.
• Clinical annotation or medical-record review experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, collaboration skills, and expertise in clinical data validation.

• Remote contract engagement available to candidates in the United States.

• $100 to $120 USD per hour.
