Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s

Gradual ramp-up with strong onboarding support

Expected volume: up to 18 patients/day within 6 months

Collaborative, mission-driven outpatient primary care setting

$235,000 – $265,000 salary DOE

Requirements

MD or DO

Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine

WA license or ability to obtain

DEA or ability to obtain
