SSM Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join an established, stable outpatient primary care practice in McLoud, Oklahoma. This opportunity offers a welcoming small-town practice environment with a multi-generational patient base, an existing patient panel, and the support of a large SSM Health referral network. Physicians will enjoy a relationship-centered care model backed by the resources of an integrated health system.
Practice Info
- 100% outpatient primary care practice
- Established patient panel with anticipated clinic volumes of 20-25 patients per day per provider
- Practice space includes 2 exam rooms per provider, a procedure room, EKG, and DEE equipment
- Currently supported by three providers
Shift & Schedule
- Full-time, 1.0 FTE opportunity
- Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday clinic hours, with one-half day of administrative time per week that may be flexible
- Call rotation anticipated to be approximately once per quarter
Requirements
- BE or BC in Family Medicine
- Completed and graduated from an accredited program
- Clean and Clear Oklahoma License
