Physician - Family Medicine

Sanford Clinic Luverne is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician for a 0.75 FTE opportunity in Luverne, Minnesota. The provider will manage an average of 20-25 patients per day, supported by a collaborative multidisciplinary team including family practice physicians, APPs, specialists, and support staff. This role offers a robust practice setting with shared nursing home responsibilities, hospital call, and a nationally competitive compensation plan.

Practice Info

• 7 family practice MD's, 3 APP's and 1 General Surgeon
• Average of 20-25 patients per day
• Robust hospital and surgical department
• Additional support from Behavioral Health Counselor, Integrated Health Therapist, RN Care Manager, Substance Use Counselors, PMHNP, and Pharmacist
• ER is staffed by Status Health and surgical emergencies would be handled by on-call GS provider or transported to Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD, depending on severity

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care averaging 20-25 patients per day
• Participate in hospital call for Luverne (approximately 4 days of call/mo or 2 days/pp)
• Share nursing home responsibilities with Medical Directorships available

Compensation

• Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $265,175 - $343,168 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
