The Staff Pad is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for a growing healthcare organization in Las Vegas, New Mexico. Practice Info

  • Comfortable working with varying daily patient volumes (Avg of approx. 5 procedures/day)

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Perform preventive care, annual wellness exams, and health screenings
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and manage ongoing patient care
  • Perform routine in-office procedures as appropriate
  • Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and healthy lifestyles
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)

Compensation

Shift & Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Flexible shifts (4x10 hour shifts or 3x12 hour shifts)
  • No call responsibilities
  • Monday to Thursday (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
  • Friday: (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Active New Mexico medical license or ability to obtain licensure
  • DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
  • Current BLS certification
  • 3-5 years of previous Family Medicine experience preferred
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred
  • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and patient management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
