UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for an outpatient-only opportunity in La Grange, a western Chicago suburb. This role offers the chance to practice full-spectrum family medicine within a community setting, while being affiliated with the prestigious UChicago Medicine system. The position involves a full-time clinic schedule with shared call coverage and Saturday rotations.

• Outpatient only Family Medicine opportunity
• Located in the western Chicago suburb of La Grange
• Affiliated with UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Bolingbrook, GlenOaks, Hinsdale and La Grange hospitals

Responsibilities

• Practice full spectrum family medicine
• Participate in 1:4 call coverage
• Share Saturday clinic rotation equally with physicians

Compensation

• Annual Salary: $220K-$280K

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited medical school and US residency program
